The hotel was so nice; I could have stayed in the room the whole vacation. It was very clean, spacious, with an integrated full kitchen, big bedroom, and a big bathroom. The service was very friendly and very helpful. The location was very nice directly at the beach. The dining was great with a really good selection of fruits and a waffle station.

The rooms were what you would expect for a 3-star hotel and so nice; I could have stayed in the room the whole vacation. Very clean and spacious with an integrated full kitchen, big bedroom, and a big bathroom.

The staff were friendly and helpful. A staff member went and got me her own loaf of bread and gave me some to eat, which was so kind of her as we were on holiday and didn't know where we were going and hadn't been able to find a shop. Another staff member came in on his day off specifically since he was advised about our anniversary and made special arrangements for us, setting us up with a decorated beach bed with rose petals, a chilled bottle of champagne, and a cold cut and cheese platter.

The location was very nice directly at the beach, a very nice desk hostess welcomed us friendly, courteously, and very welcoming. Worked very well for us with easy access out to Biscayne Blvd and other major roads and of course right on Collins.

The dining was great with a really good selection of fruits and a waffle station. Was unique, complete, and perfectly served.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, right by the beach and with easy access to major roads, but the rooms were a bit dated and lacked proper lighting. The service was exceptional with friendly and attentive staff, making my stay all the more enjoyable.
